Delicious, frozen strawberry treat. Perfect in everyway.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans coconut cream
1 lb. strawberries, rinsed and hulled
1 Frozen banana
2T cup raw organic honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
*optional: 1/2 cup of fresh basil for added fresh taste
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until completely combined and pour into a freezer-safe container.
I used a loaf pan, for example.
Let mixture freeze 4-8 hours or overnight, and remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften.
Scoop into bowls using an ice cream scoop, garnish with coconut whip cream and fresh strawberries or fresh bananas–or all 3.
Dollup coconut whip creme and bananas for an added treat.
Sprinkle with raw organic cacao.
