This veggie dip is tasty, nutritious, and is perfect for parties and get togethers. It offers a healthier alternative to the other dips out there and goes great with crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
16 oz chickpeas (garbanzo beans) – Canned or Cooked
1 clove of garlic
1 oz lemon juice
1 tbl sp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbl sp tahini (Sesame seed paste)
Pinch sea salt
1 tbl sp minced chives (on top)
Directions:
1.) Blend all ingredients in food processor
2.) Serve chilled with carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, or cucumbers
