Homemade Fruit Rollups

Ingredients

9 organic apples, peeled, cored, and cubed

Water

Cinnamon

Lemon Juice

Directions

Peel, core and cube 9 apples.

Add 1 cup water to a pot, then Add apples

Place on stove on medium heat for 10- 15minutes.

Add apples and water to blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Add mixture back to pot on medium high heat.

Add 2 T lemon juice and 1 T cinnamon. Stir and blend well.

Line baking sheet with heat resistant (microwave-safe) plastic wrap.

Pour mixture on top of plastic warp and spread to 1/4 inch thickness.

Bake at 170 degrees for 8 hours.

Allow to cool slightly, but not too much. (It needs to be slighty warm to allow it to roll-up well)

Then start at one end of the baking sheet and roll the fruit leather over itself until it is completely rolled-up.

Twist the edges of the roll-up to keep the fruit leather moist.

When ready to eat, slice off up the fruit leather into 2 inch sections.

Make sure to drink alot of water when eating fruit leather and other dehydrated foods, since your body will pull moisture into the gut to digest it.
