Green Smoothie Love
Simple. Delicious. Nutritious. And Gorgeous. Just the way I love my smoothies.
Ingredients:
2-3 cups filtered water
½ apple
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
2 kale leaves
½ cup strawberries
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 scoop vegan protein
Ice, optional
Directions:
Blend almond water and greens first.
Then add all other ingredients and mix well. Use water to thin or ice to thicken in order to reach desired consistency.
