There are so many ways to enjoy clean whole foods.
One of my favorites is in raw soups.
Enjoy the vitamins from the carrots and the omegas from the avocados.
Feel free to warm this soup if enjoying it cold doesn’t appeal to you.
Delicious and Creamy Carrot Soup
1 Avocado
2 Medium Carrots, chopped
¾ cup nut milk (coconut or almond) or coconut water
1 teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons tahini or sunbutter
½ onion
½ lemon, juiced
Pinch cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend to a smooth and creamy texture.
Salt and pepper to taste.
