The Gingerbread Kiss
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup of spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 scoop vegan protein
1 tsp raw, organic honey to taste, optional
Ice, optional
Optional Substitution:
1 T ground flax
Blend liquid and greens in blender first. Then add all other ingredients except ice and blend until well mixed. Add ice to thicken or additional liquid to thin in order to reach desired consistency.
