I LOVE smoothie bowls.
They are a fun way to switch-up my morning green smoothies, and also add a punch of fun toppings to a delicious bowl of goodness.
Here’s one of my favorite superfood smoothie bowl recipes.
The healthy ingredients help to promotes healthy digestion and leave you feeling energized.
Ingredients to Blend
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix (Mango, pineapple and strawberry)
1 tsp. organic coconut oil
1 T flax meal
1 cup coconut milk
Blend well–add more coconut milk to desired consistency
Ingredients for Topping:
coconut chips, kiwi, bananas, raspberries
Try: mango and walnuts!
