Simple. Chocolate. Delicious. Enough said?
Ingredients
1/2 c grass fed, organic salted butter
3 1/2 c coconut sugar
1/4 c raw organic cacao
3/4 c almond butter or sunbutter
3 1/4 c glutenfree oats
2 tsp vanilla extract, glutenfree
*As needed, 1 T Filtered water
Directions
Add the first 4 ingredient in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. Slowl stir in the next 3 ingredients and drop onto wax paper or tray lightly greased with coconut oil.
*If mixture is dry, slowly add filtered water, 1 T at a time, until desired moisture and texture is achieved.
Let cool until mixture is set and firm.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
Freeze for up to a month
