Delicious Detox Smoothie Bowl
I love smoothie bowls–especially the toppings!
The toppings can change the flavor and nutrition of any smoothie bowl and are a great way to superfood your meal!
Enjoy one of my favorites, my Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c water (or coconut water)
2 c spinach
1 beets
1/2 c pomegranates
1 banana
1 scoop vegan protein
1T ground flax
Optional: Ice
Directions:
Blend until desired consistency–remember this is a smoothie bowl, so you want to keep it thicker than a smoothie.
Toppings: chia seed, bananas, and raspberries.
