Blueberry Breakfast Cobbler

Talk about a yummy breakfast option! This delectable whole grain cereal replacement is choc-full of flavor, nutrition, and antioxidants to kick start your morning off right.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled gluten-free oats
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup organic and raw coconut oil
1/4 cup GSG Sprouted Flax
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/4 cup Organic Raw Honey
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk–carageenen free
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups frozen organic blueberries
1 cup fresh organic strawberries
Servings: 8
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.) Combine all ingredients, except the berries in a large mixing bowl
3.) Pour the berries into a 9 x 9 baking dish, then spread the quinoa/oat mixture over the top evenly
4.) Bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until lightly browned/crispy on the top
