Blueberry Banana Protein Muffins

2 c gluten free flour

2 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

¼ t himalayan sea salt

2 T brown flax

1 scoop vegan protein

2 bananas, peeled and mashed

½ cup organic unsweetened applesauce

½ cup raw organic honey

¼c  almond milk

¼c  coconut oil

2 t vanilla extract, gluten free

1 cup frozen blueberries

Mix all ingredients well, and fold in the blueberries last.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Pour mix into muffin tins lightly greased with coconut oil.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Enjoy with grass-fed butter, grade B maple syrup, and whipped coconut creme.
