Rawlicious SpinMato Flat Bread

This wonderful flatbread marries spinach and tomatoes (SpinMato) in a delectable match made in heaven that will have your tastebuds dancing on cloud 9. It goes great with dips, sandwiches, or as a bread replacement in meals. It’s time you treated yourself to some straight up amazingness.
Ingredients
2 cups organic spinach
4 vine ripened organic tomatoes
1 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato (or jar with olive oil would be fine)
3/4 cup GSG Sprouted Tri-Omega
1-1/2 tsp tamari (sodium free) or nama shoyu
1 tsp dried oregano
1 T sp dried basil
2 cloves garlic
Pinch cracked black pepper
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
Yield: about 3 trays in dehydrator
Directions
1.) Cut tomatoes into quarters
2.) Use food processor with “S” blade and mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy
3.) Spread mixture on teflex trays and dry at 105 degrees for 12 hours.
4.) Pull out the trays and flip it around for another 12 hours in dehydrator
5.) Take the trays out and cut the flat bread with scissors, make it 9-12 squares of bread in each tray
