Cranberry Bliss
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup mixed berries
¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate
¼ avocado
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vegan protein
Ice, optional
Optional Substitution:
1 T ground flax
Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed. Use ice to thicken or additional liquid to thin to reach desired consistency.
