Looking for the berry best fruit topping? This spread goes great on toast, pancakes, or sandwiches. Get ready to jam out with flavor and style!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups organic strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 organic lemon (juice only)
Directions:
1.) Slice strawberries and place in a pot and begin to warm
2.) After 2-3 minutes, remove and blend up till smooth
3.) Return to the pot and add chia seeds and lemon juice
4.) Bring to a boil and boil while stirring constantly for 5 minutes
5.) Pour into desired containers and refrigerate (served chilled)
