Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies

This scrumptious recipe is great for your kids! It’s gluten free, dairy free, and has extra protein for a nutritional boost! These are awesome to add to any school lunch or just have around the house for some healthier snacking.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour (or almond flour)
¼ cup GSG chocolate or vanilla protein powder
⅛ ts sp. sea salt
⅛ ts sp. baking soda (Aluminum-free)
3 Tbl sp. coconut oil
2 Tbl sp. raw and organic honey
1 ts sp. organic vanilla extract
1 Tbl sp. almond milk
¼ cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.) Stir in dry ingredients except the chocolate chips
3.) Melt the coconut oil and add the agave
4.) Remove from heat and add vanilla and almond milk
5.) Combine wet and dry ingredients
6.) Stir in the chocolate chips
7.) Bake cookies for 9–11 min (Stick fork in, should pull out clean)
Makes 12+ tasty cookies.
