My favorite soups are:
Super easy, super fast, and super delicious.
This is full of healthy antioxidants and simple ingredients.
Sweet Potato Cumin Soup
Makes 2 servings
2 cups water
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil (garnish)
Place all the ingredients (except for the basil) in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add the fresh basil and sliced avocado as garnish.
Optional garnish: pumpkin seeds
Serve warm.
