Sweet Mango Smoothie
I love green smoothies and giving them a tropical flare with mango is a fun way to liven-up and refresh your typical green smoothie.
I prefer not to use nut-milks in my smoothies, because I dont need the extra calories or extra cost, but you are welcome to replace the water in this smoothie with any nut-milk of your choice–I would suggest coconut milk if you do this.
Ingredients:
2 c filtered water (or coconut water)
1 1/2 c frozen mango (or fresh)
1 1/2 c organic spinach
1 scoop vegan protein
1 T ground flax
Optional: Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend well. Add more water if you like thinner smoothie.
