One of the best things about Fall is pumpkin.
I love pumpkin, and I love to add it to my smoothies.
This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is delicious,
It’s low in sugar. And it’s good for weight loss and digestion.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup spinach
1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein
1/2 tsp raw organic honey
2T chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon no sugar pumpkin spice
Optional: Ice
Blend and enjoy.
