Matcha is a power-packed simple ingredient that can boost your health.

It is packed the antioxidants, and cancer-fighting catechins.  It is something that I have added daily to my wellness and healthy-aging routine.

And I am noticing the benefits–more energy, balanced weight, and less brain fog.

There are many benefits of matcha.

I have listed my top 3 favorites:

  1. Boosts your metabolism, which burns calories, and can assist in weight loss,
  2. Packed with fiber, a varitey of vitamins and nutrients, and chlorophyll (the powerful plant antioxidant that comes from green plants),
  3. Assists your body with its natural process of detoxification,

Drinking Matcha tea, or adding matcha to your smoothies is a simple way to give a nice boost to your morning wellness and healthy-aging routine.

Here is one of my simple Matcha Smoothie recipes for you to enjoy!

Pina-colada Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 C coconut water

3 handfuls organic spinach

1 scoop vegan protein

1 organic banana

1 c pineapple

1-2 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp raw organic honey

Optional: 1 c ice

Blend well and enjoy!
