Health Benefits of Matcha:
Matcha is a power-packed simple ingredient that can boost your health.
It is packed the antioxidants, and cancer-fighting catechins. It is something that I have added daily to my wellness and healthy-aging routine.
And I am noticing the benefits–more energy, balanced weight, and less brain fog.
There are many benefits of matcha.

Pina-colada Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 C coconut water
3 handfuls organic spinach
1 scoop vegan protein
1 organic banana
1 c pineapple
1 tsp raw organic honey
Optional: 1 c ice
Blend well and enjoy!
