ENERGIZING MORNING SMOOTHIE
This is my favorite green smoothie.
It is nourishing, energizing, and satisfying!
Ingredients:
3 C filtered water or coconut water
2 big handfuls organic spinach
1/2 organic banana
1 c mixed tropical fruit (I use a frozen blend of pineapple, mango and strawberry)
1 scoop organic vegan protein vanilla
1T ground flax
Optional: Ice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.
Add more water or ice to desired consistency, and enjoy!
ProTip: Once your taste buds adjust to a healthier palate, increase the amount of greens, and decrease the amount of fruit in your smoothie.
