Delicious Tropical Pineapple Smoothie
Adding pineapple to any smoothie will sweeten it up nicely. So if you are new to smoothies, sweeten them naturally with pineapple. Once you get used to drinking green smoothies, you can increase the greens (more spinach), and decrease the fruit (reduce to 1/2 c pinepple and 1/2 banana).

Ingredients:
2 c filtered water (or coconut water)
1 c pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1 banana
1 c spinach
1 scoop vegan protein]
1T ground flax
Optional: Ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well.
Add more water if you like a thinner smoothie.
