Coconut Lemon Butter

This spread is absolutely delish on grain-free cinammon bread, and anything else you like to add a sweet, lemony spread to.
Ingredients
2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut
Juice of one lemon
1 T Lemon zest
1 tsp cinammon
Instuctions
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
