Chocolate Protein Balls

Easy to make, fun to eat. And a healthy protein afternoon treat! (Is the rhyme too much?)

Give them a whirl–I think you will love them as much as I do! I have a dozen in the freezer at all times–ready for mid-morning snack, post-run rejuvenation, and afternoon pick-me-ups.

They are also awesome for the good old-fashioned chocolate craving.

Ingredients:

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein

2 T coconut flour

1 T raw organic cacao

3 T coconut milk

2 T unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Mix protein powder, coconut flour, cacao, and coconut milk together into a thick paste.

Using a small melon ball scoop, scoop out balls, and roll them into the shredded coconut.

Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Freeze for up to a month.

Enjoy!

Live Life Optimally,

Kristie
