Can you tell that I’m getting anxious for summer?
Loving the color of these 3 vibrant smoothie bowls–an easy way to “eat the Rainbow” bright and early in your day!
Make the blackberry smoothie (the darkest purple) using these ingredients:
Ingredients
2 c filtered water
2 handfuls greens (kale, spinach, dandelion greens)
1 c blackberries
3/4 c strawberries (reserve 1/4 c for the topping)
3/4 c blueberries (reserve 1/4 c for the topping)
1/2 kiwi (reserve 1/2 for topping)
3/4 c pineapple (reserve 1/4 c for topping)
1 scoop vegan protein
1 T ground flax
Optional: Ice
Directions:
Blend to desired consistency–remember you want it thicker than a smoothie.
If it’s too thick, add a little more water.
Add the reserved toppings, and anything else you want to superfood your bowl, and enjoy!
ProTip:
You can change the color of your smoothie by adjusting the fruit and berries.
For example, the red smoothie bowl has no blackberries, or blueberries; and instead has added beets, raspberries and 1 c strawberries.
