Sweet Fig Veggie Spread
Figs are my favorite fruit! Not only are they gorgeous, they are everything you want and far more than you are looking for: rich, sweet, chewy, dense, alkalinizing, and satisfying.
Fig Veggie or Fruit Spread:
4 rip figs, pitted
3 tbsp gluten-free tahini
2 tbsp brown rice syrup or raw honey
1 tbsp raw apple cider
Combine in a food processor
Best on celery, gluten free bread, or apples.
