Vanilla Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 c oats
2 c coconut milk
1 scoop vegan protein powder
2T ground flax
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla stevia
1 kiwi
1 banana
4 T sunflower seeds
4 T chia seeds
1 T whole seed flax
1 cup ice
Directions:
Blend oats into flour; add protein and flax; blend; and coconut milk, 1/2 banana, and vanilla extract and blend. Add more coconut milk or ice to desired consistency. Should be thick.
Add to bowl and top with 1/2 banana sliced, kiwi slices, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and whole flax seeds.
