Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl
I love smoothie bowls.
They are simple and fun, and an alternate to a smoothie when you still want something super-healthy, but also want to “chew.”
Ingredients
1 c water
1 c spinach
1 scoop vegan protein
1T ground flax
1/2 banana
1/2 c pineapple
1/2 c mango
1/2 c ice
Directions:
Blend well–add more water to desired consistency.
ProTip: Remember you want to keep your smoothie bowl a little bit thicker so your toppings will “sit” on top and you can enjoy with a spoon.
Toppings: fresh raspberry, chopped kiwi, sliced banana, and large coconut flakes.
Enjoy in the sun.
