Superfood Fudge

Ingredients:

2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder

½ c sunbutter

½ c coconut milk

Coconut oil to grease pan

 

 

 

Directions:

Grease pan with coconut oil.

Combine chocolate protein powder, sunbutter, and coconut milk in bowl. Mix well. Pour mixture onto baking tray. Freeze for about 50 minutes (until set). Cut into 1” squares, serve and enjoy!

ProTip: Add finely blended cherries to the mix, and enjoy a cherry-chocolate fudge flavor!
