Layered Chia Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 1/2- 3 c coconut milk
1/4 c chia seeds
1 c strawberries
1 c pineapple
1 banana
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
blueberries and mint for garnish
Directions:
Take 1 c coconut milk + 1/4 c chia seeds, mix well until chia seeds are incorporated into the coconut milk; then split into 2 glasses. Place in fridge and let firm.
Mix 1 c coconut milk + pineapple and 1/2 banana + vanilla protein; then top chia mix. Place in fridge and let firm.
Mix 1 c coconut milk + strawberries and 1/2 banana; then top pineapple layer. Place in fridge and let firm.
Garnish with blueberries and mint.
