Gorgeous Green Smoothie Bowl:
I love gorgeous morning food—it makes my day brighter, better, and yummier. Not to mention that it is great for my energy, my skin, and my soul.
Smoothie bowls are a favorite at our house, and have taken the place of sugar cereals.
The best part of a smoothie bowl, is what you put on top!
My kids love to sprinkle sprouted berry flax on top of their smoothie bowls.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup pineapple
1 cup mango
2 kiwi
2 cups coconut water or coconut milk
2 big handfuls of spinach
1 scoop vegan protein powder
1T ground flax
Optional: 1 basil leaf, Ice
Toppings: sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, goji berries, sliced strawberries or pomegranate
Directions:
Blend all, reserve 1 kiwi for topping
Keep consistency thicker, so add more ice if needed
Pour into bowls,
Add desired toppings and enjoy!
