Qualifying new leaders for GSGLife: Initial Lead Call Questions
*Remember Special of the Month
*Invite them to listen to the GSGlife biz opportunity recorded call with Robyn Openshaw and to watch the 3 minute business opportunity
*Invite them to join us for any upcoming free UGS classes
20 Minute Interviews: keep calls focused. You are qualifying them to join your team.
Ask: Did you watch the 3 minute opportunity video on gsglife.com? (http://gsglife.com/join/)
If they didn’t, I ask them to watch it and call you back (Robyn or Kristie has given them this assignment to sign up for an interview…most have done so in order to start at a higher place with your call.)
Additionally: They could also watch/listen to Robyn’s new opportunity calls that she has recorded in the back office library.

Ask:
*How did what you see resonate with you? How did it make you feel?
*Can you see yourself teaching the green smoothie class, sharing our mission, and helping people change their lives?
*Does this appeal to you? In what way?(Could be business, could be personal)
*Tell me a bit about you? Where did your passion for nutrition come from?
If they go on a 10 minute ramble about random things, rescue them from it – you have 20 min to qualify these new leads for your team
Tell them:
*I am looking to mentor 3 people to join my team and build my business.
*I am happy to support hobbysists who would like to teach 1-2 classes a month but I am looking for business leaders and builders to lead teams and build the GSGlife business
*To be a business leader and builder:
Purchase an emerald kit – this kit gives you enough product to teach a great class, be a product of the product, and share the variety of nutritional and product aspects available with GSGlife. This gives you more to show-case at classes and sample as well.
*Builders Work 10 about hours a week/teach 4 classes each month
*Quick builders work 10-15 hours a week/teach 5-6 classes each month to achieve the 90day to bronze rank advancement.
Remember: People can be a part of your business in many ways: Instructors, hostesses, preferred customers and as a referral base. Qualify them in each ares.
For example: if this is not the business opportunity they are looking for, then do the following:
*Invite them to host a class for you (virtually if far away)
*Invite them to become a preferred customer, invite them to like and follow you on social media and add them to your newsletter/contact list for monthly touches, and ask them for referrals—is there anyone they know that would be interested in this opportunity as a business? As a customer? As a hostess?

Leads:
Reach-out immediately, and schedule a 20-min call with them TOMORROW if at all possible. They’re likely to be motivated and excited NOW and you want to jump on that!
Here’s what you do (as a loose guide for you):
1. Introduce yourself as their mentor should they choose to join us in the GSGLife Beta Launch. Tell a few things about you and make SURE you tell them what lights you up about the way the GSG mission has changed your life, and GSGLife BUSINESS has enhanced your life. YOUR STORY is your most powerful way of bringing someone to your team. It’s what they’ll remember. It INSPIRES. See the sidebar of the GSG newsletter from yesterday with 5 of you featured!
Sarah Robbins: Developing “My Story” pg.64
2. Ask a few q’s about THEM! (Sometimes they ramble, I have found—rescue them from it, interrupt to ask a more relevant question, like, “What’s going on in your life that makes this opportunity resonate with you?”) Remember you have 20 MINUTES so don’t let them wander around, ask specific, limited questions! By the way, someone who talks about their SPECIFIC PLANS and a BIG WHY is a very hot lead for youl They are motivated and ambitious and want to RUN with you. Listen for that and encourage.
3. Tell YOUR big “why’s” about participating in the business. If you don’t know what a great WHY is, ask Megan Wooden! A great “story” or “why” has a few details that people relate to because it’s real, human, and has emotional impact. And it’s TRUE. You may want to mention why you think network marketing is powerful, what’s special and unique about OUR opportunity, how your work has changed people’s lives, and goals you’ve achieved in the past 8 or fewer months.
Sarah Robbins: When talking about what is special about GSG bring up the 5 P’s on pg. 71
4. Ask if they’re registered for the June 23 webinar! Tell them it will be exciting and the best 30 minutes of their week, so don’t miss it, even if they decide to join you BEFORE then. If they aren’t signed up, get their email and send them the details.
5. Tell them that you want to learn if they are a “general” or a “hobbyist” so you know how to mentor them. You’re happy to work with them either way, but a “General” who gets your weekly mentoring comes in with an Emerald Kit and works 10 hours a week. That way they can get to Bronze in 90 days, and earn their investment back on their product kit FAST. Explain that an Emerald Kit is significantly discounted, and has the most broad array of products to (a) try them and be a PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT), and (b) have single serves of everything, to share / sell 1 serving / give as prizes, (c) have product to display and demo! Send them to the product kit page on your replicated page (myGSGLife.com/HollyJackman etc.) to see the kits, and buy one from there if they’re ready to go.

Pg. 72 “of what I’ve shared, what excites you most?”

6. Ask if they have questions. “Let me know how I can serve!” Set up the next call for next WEDS after the Tues night call.
