Epsom salts, when added to water, break down to magnesium and sulfate, and when absorbed through the skin also work to relieve muscle tension, pain, and inflammation in joints.
This is one of my favorite epsom salt baths. It’s a useful detoxification blend when you are feeling weary or worn down.
Just add the ingredients to a warm bath, light a candle, soak, breathe, and rejuvenate.
Detox Me:
You’ll need:
1/4 cup sea salt or Himalayan salt
1/4 cup Epsom salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
10 drops of peppermint essential oil

2 cups of Epsom salt
10 drops eucalyptus oil essential oil
