Delicious Guacamole

This is delicious served with: raw flax crackers, raw flat herb bread, homemade corn chips, or toasted organic spelt bread.

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocado

1 garlic clove, minced

3 organic roma tomatoes, chopped

1 organic lime, juiced

Pinch of Pink Himalayan sea salt

Pinch crushed black pepper

Directions:

1.) Slice avocados in half, then scoop avocado from shells and put in into a medium sized mixing bowl

2.) Mash to desired consistency

2.) Stir in minced garlic, Pink Himalayan sea salt, and lime juice

3.) Dish the guacamole into large serving bowl, then gently stir in chopped tomato

Serve with you choice of raw flax crackers, raw flax herb bread, homemade corn chips, or toasted organic spelt bread.

ProTip: Add 1 T ground flax for an extra boost in omegas.

ProTip:  Toast the spelt bread, or make the homemade corn chips (if using) while you are making the guacamole so they can be served warm with the guacamole.
