Deck the Halls Smoothie
1 ½ cups dairy free milk
1 cup spinach
1 cucumber, peeled
3-4 pitted plums
½ cup mixed berries
½ banana
Juice from one lemon
1 tsp raw organic honey, optional
Blend dairy free milk and spinach until well mixed. Add cucumber, plums, berries, lemon juice and banana and blend again until well mixed. You can use additional dairy free milk to thin or ice to thicken to reach desired consistency.
