There are many health and detox benefits associated wiht colon hydrotherapy.
Although this is an important and common option for detoxing the colon and reducing stress on the liver, many are unfamiliar with this process, and why it is a great option for your overall health.
Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs.
By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened, loosened and evacuated through natural peristalsis (bowel movements).
Most colonhydrotherapy sessions use self-regulating water system, and provide a calming, modest, and private environment.
Here is what to expect in a typical colonhydrotherapy session using a self-regulating system:
- A typical session takes roughly 45-55 minutes.
2. A sterile and sanitary, disposable speculum is inserted into the rectum by you in a private room.
3. Once the speculum is inserted, you cover yourself with a towel/blanket and the session begins.
4. During the session, warm purified water gently moves into and out of the colon helping, to soften and flush away stored fecal matter, gas, mucous, and many other toxic substances.
Colon hydrotherapy stimulates the body’s natural detoxing functions and assists with removing toxic waste quickly and efficiently, minimizing typical detox symptoms.
Colon hydrotherapy can reduce stress on the liver and help the liver to better perform it’s more than 500 detox functions.
Here are some healthy benefits you may experience during and after your colon hydrotherapy session:
