Chocolate Almond Ice Cream

This chocolatey sweet treat is sure to cool you down and put a smile on your face at the same time!
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup vegan chocolate protein
1/3 cup almond butter
¼ cup raw almonds
Directions
1) Peel bananas, place into bowl and freeze overnight
2) Take frozen bananas out and pulse for about 30 seconds until bananas have a crumbly texture
3) Add the almond butter, vegan protein, and place cover on top
4) Blend for another minute or until the texture is uniformly smooth
5) Serve immediately or re-freeze individual scoops on parchment paper until ready to serve
6) Sprinkle diced almonds on top for extra crunch and flavor
Yields 4 – 1/2 Cup Servings
