Berry Oatmeal Smoothie
If you’ve been craving some sweetness, this smoothie will satisfy!
Full of deep berry flavor, protein, omegas!
Plus oats for added fiber.
Ingredients
1 cup ground organic gluten-free oatmeal
1 banana
1 scoop vegan protein powder
2 handfuls spinach
1T ground flax
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
3-4 ice cubes
Directions
1.) Grind oats into fine powder,
2.) Pour in coconut milk, blend
3.) Add remaining ingredients, blend
4.) Add ice cubes if desired, and blend until smooth
