Berry Banana Ice Cream
Healthy ice cream treats are hard to find–but simple to make at home!
This is a family favorite, and full of delicious superfoods.
I love being a sneaky superfood mom!
Ingredients:
2 c coconut milk
2 frozen bananas
1/2 c frozen berry mix
1 scoop protein (berry or vanilla)
1T ground flax
1-2 c ice
Blend well-should be firm and frosty, like ice cream. Add more ice or coconut milk to desired consistency.
Place in container and freeze for 30 minutes.
Then scoop out and serve.
Serve with a few berries on top for beauty!
