Peanut Butter Fudge Squares

Recipe adapted from GSGLife

Who knew chocolatey goodness could come in square form too? This sweet treat is not only tasty but it’s raw, which maintains the enzymes for proper digestion.

Ingredients
1/2 cup organic almond or sunflower butter
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract, gluten-free
2 table spoons raw, organic coconut oil
2 table spoons maple syrup (grade B)
1 T  raw cacao

Directions
1.) Stir nut butter till creamy and smooth (easier to do at room temperature)

2.) Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth

3.) Spread into an 8×8 pan or a loaf pan (leave some room around edges)

4.) Place in fridge or freezer until firm. Cut into squares. Store in the fridge to maintain solid bars.

Enjoy!
